Payment

We offer secure and flexible payment options to ensure your convenience. Valiant Art & Interiors proudly partners with TDB Bank, one of Mongolia’s leading financial institutions, to process payments securely. You can pay using major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, we accept payments made through approved bank transfers for custom orders.

If you have a Valiant Art & Interiors gift card, you can easily redeem it during checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels to maintain the highest level of security. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed without delay.

Shipping & Returns

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch within two business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your package from our showroom to your doorstep.

We currently offer domestic shipping and are working to expand our delivery network for international orders. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be clearly stated at checkout.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Store Pickup

We invite you to visit our VIP showroom to personally collect your order, available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, between July 21 and October 21. Our dedicated showroom team will be delighted to assist you in reviewing your items and answering any questions you may have. Choosing in-store pickup is a perfect option for customers who prefer a more personal, hands-on experience or wish to explore additional pieces in our collection.
